Abstract

本发明公开一种测定固定污染源总有机碳的气体进样装置及其应用系统,其包括:连接座、连接于连接座上的固定帽、以及夹设于连接座与固定帽之间的密封垫;其中,连接座包括自其顶端中心向下延伸的凹台、自凹台的底面中心向下延伸贯穿所述连接座的中空气道;密封垫置于凹台的底面上以将中空气道封闭;固定帽包括位于下方的连接部及位于上方的把持部,连接部插合于凹台中,把持部突出于连接座的顶端。本发明可以有效保证气体传输的密闭性、气路的流通性、以及测量的精密性,其可直接对气体固定污染源中的总有机碳进行测定,实现了气体顺利进入仪器内部管路,最终到达NDIR检测器。
The invention discloses a gas sample feeding device for determining total organic carbon of a stationary pollution source and an application system of the gas sample feeding device. The gas sample feeding device comprises a connecting seat, a fixed cap and a sealing gasket, wherein the fixed cap is connected to the connecting seat, and the sealing gasket is arranged between the connecting seat and the fixed cap; the connecting seat comprises a concave table and a hollow air passage, the concave table extends downwards from the center of the top end of the connecting seat, and the hollow air passage extends downwards from the center of the bottom surface of the concave table to penetrate through the connecting seat; the sealing gasket is arranged on the bottom surface of the concave table to close the hollow air passage; and the fixed cap comprises a connecting part and a holding part, the connecting part is located at the lower part, the holding part is located at the upper part, the connecting part is inserted into the concave table, and the holding part protrudes out of the top end of the connecting seat. According to the gas sample feeding device, the sealing property of gas transmission, the fluidity of an air way and the measurement precision are effectively guaranteed, the total organic carbon in the stationary pollution source of gas can be directly determined, and gas can smoothly flow into a pipeline in an instrument and finally reaches an NDIR detector.
