Abstract

【課題】1つの無線局から他の複数の無線局への方向を、従来技術に比較して高い精度で測定し、オーバーヘッドを低減する。 【解決手段】複数の無線局のうちのサービスエリア内の各無線局に対する、所定の方位角毎の受信電界強度である信号測定値を予め測定して信号測定値テーブルとして記憶装置に記憶する。次いで、各無線局からの送信信号を、信号測定値テーブルにおける最大値の信号測定値を有する方位角の主ビームのセクタパターンを含む互いに隣接する少なくとも2つのセクタパターンを用いてそれぞれ受信電界強度を測定し、測定した各受信電界強度に基づいて、モノパルス測角処理を用いて、予め測定された2つのセクタパターンの差パターンをその和パターンで除算した商パターンを2つのセクタパターンの主ビームの方位角間で直線近似して最大の受信電界強度を有する方位角を計算する。 【選択図】 図7
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overhead by measuring the directions to a plurality of other radio stations from one radio station highly accurately in comparison with the conventional technique. SOLUTION: Signal measured values which are received electric field strengths for every predetermined azimuth to respective radio stations, among a plurality of radio stations, within a service area, are measured in advance and stored in a storage device as a signal measured value table. With respect to a transmitted signal from each of the radio stations, its received electric field strength is then measured by using at least two neighboring sector patterns including a sector pattern of a main beam at an azimuth having the maximum signal measured value in the signal measured value table and on the basis of the measured received electric field strengths, mono-pulse angle measuring processing is used to linearly approximate a quotient pattern for which a difference pattern of two sector patterns measured in advance is divided with its sum pattern, between azimuths of main beams in the two sector pattern, thereby calculating an azimuth having the maximum received electric field strength.
