Abstract

【課題】射出成形機等による成形において、熱安定性及び計量安定性が極めて良好な熱硬化性樹脂成形材料を提供すること。 【解決手段】本発明は、熱硬化性樹脂、無機充填材及び又は有機充填材および流動パラフィンを必須成分として含有することを特徴とする熱硬化性樹脂成形材料であり、好ましくは、流動パラフィンは、成形材料全体に対して、0.1〜0.5重量%含有してなり、流動パラフィンの40℃における動粘度が10〜30mm 2 /s、引火点が170℃〜210℃である。また、本発明は、熱硬化性樹脂と無機充填材及び又は有機充填材を混合し、加熱混練の前に流動パラフィンを添加して加熱混練を行うことを特徴とする熱硬化性樹脂成形材料の製造方法である。 【選択図】 なし
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoset resin molding material having extremely good heat stability and metering stability in molding by an injection molding machine, or the like. SOLUTION: This thermoset resin molding material comprises a thermoset resin, an inorganic filler and/or an organic filler, and a liquid paraffin as essential components. Preferably, the content of the liquid paraffin is 0.1-0.5 wt.% based on the whole molding material, and the liquid paraffin has 10-30 mm 2 /s dynamic viscosity at 40°C, and 170-210°C flash point. The method for producing the thermoset resin molding material comprises mixing the inorganic filler and/or the organic filler with the thermoset resin, adding the liquid paraffin to the mixture before heating and kneading the mixture, and heating and kneading the resultant mixture.
