Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a floating floor structure having high sound insulating performance, improving workability, and reducing cost in a dry construction method requiring no curing process of the periphery. SOLUTION: First of all, for example, an all purpose panel member 7 is arranged on a building frame floor slab 2 laid with a shock absorbing member 3 via a temporary support leg unit 6, and a filler 21 is filled in thickness directional clearance K between the shock absorbing member 3 and the panel member 7. After hardening the filler 21, a leg part 19 of the temporary support leg unit 6 temporarily supported on the building frame floor slab 2 is made afloat from an upper surface of the building frame floor slab 2. Thus, a direct live load of the panel member 7 transfers onto the shock absorbing member 3 from above the building frame floor slab 2, and the shock absorbing member 3 and the upper panel member 7 are brought into close contact via the filler 21, and the building frame floor slab 2, the shock absorbing member 3, and the panel member 7 arranged in layers are constructed as an integral structure. 【課題】周辺の養生工程等の不要な乾式工法にて、遮音性能が高く、しかも施工性の向上や省コスト化を図れる浮床構造を構築する。 【解決手段】まず、緩衝部材3が敷設された躯体床スラブ2上に仮支持脚ユニット6を介して例えば汎用のパネル部材7を配置し、その緩衝部材3とパネル部材7との厚さ方向の間隙Kに充填材21を充填する。充填材21の硬化後、躯体床スラブ2に一時的に仮支持されていた仮支持脚ユニット6の脚部19を躯体床スラブ2の上面から浮上させる。これにより、パネル部材7の直接的な積載荷重が、躯体床スラブ2上から緩衝部材3上へ移行することになり、緩衝部材3とその上方のパネル部材7とが充填材21を介して密着し、積層配置された躯体床スラブ2、緩衝部材3、及びパネル部材7が一体的な構造体として構築される。 【選択図】 図10
